1. The user interface for Moose modules was improved (fonts, buttons, background). This begins a migration to make the laptop and the web versions look the same.

• When enrolling benefits, the carrier may specify whether the form to be used is based on the address of the employee, the address of the employer or the location of where the enrollment is actually occurring. ND Enroller will now automatically bring up the right form based on one of these three rules.
• When enrolling benefits, the carrier may specify whether the form to be used is for a New Enrollment or if the form to be used is a Change Form.
  During the enrollment, based on whether the event is new enrollment or a change to an existing enrollment, the right form appears.
• Forms can now be mapped to REQUIRE information be entered for specified fields, including signature fields, in order to complete the enrollment for a particular benefit.
• The enrollment interview can be set so that an interview cannot be saved unless the required form(s) is completed and saved.

• Grouping of Benefits is now possible. For example, you can exclude enrollment in one medical plan if the employee has already selected another. Or you can require the short term disability insurance if they elect the long term disability. Another example is you can exclude employees who have not earned enough credits in their benefit account to enroll in certain programs.
• We added a timer to the interview allowing enrollers to track the time they spend with each employee.
• We have 4 new benefit statement configurations that are similar to existing statements but are now designed to be “self-mailers” from #9 envelopes.

• Enrollments will automatically know when forms are required. Benefit Counselors will not be able to complete enrollment without completing the form.
• Forms will know what fields are required and will remind users when a required field is skipped.
• Forms will know when they need signatures and will remind users to sign.
• Census without SSN will be accepted. Census with fictitious SSN will be accepted.
• Termination dates for dependent enrollments will be recorded. This will work for administration but will not update our billing software module yet.
